Progress takes more than a plan.

The decisions, conversations, and everyday follow-through make the difference.

I help teams deliver quality solutions.

Talented teams do their best work with the right support. I work with product managers and teams to connect ideas with the practical details of delivery. Together, we work through expectations, constraints, and trade-offs so people understand what we’re building and why it matters. I carry that context into the work, helping teams adapt when things change without losing sight of the goal.

Selected work

My work spans digital products, client solutions, and team coaching. Across each, I help turn ideas into practical solutions and support the people delivering them.

One shared goal. Clearer priorities.

Two teams shared a codebase but approached priorities differently. I partnered with our product manager to bring intake and prioritization into a shared framework, anchored in one goal: helping homeowners confidently buy Trane products. My focus was strengthening product ownership and helping stakeholders understand how requests affected existing commitments. Together, we used a backlog simulation to make those trade-offs visible. It took time, but that shared goal helped people across departments understand why some work needed to come first.

Trane System Recommender

I drove delivery of a homeowner guided-selling tool from Florida pilot to full launch: simple questions in, tailored system options and clear next steps out. Since launch, I’ve guided ongoing improvements, keeping the experience focused on helping unsure homeowners confidently start a conversation with a dealer.

Homeowner decision tools

I partnered with our product manager to deliver repair-or-replace, sizing, and energy-savings tools shaped by his research into what homeowners needed to make confident heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) decisions. He brought the vision and product stories describing what homeowners needed; I helped translate them into technical stories and carried the context into development, answering questions and keeping delivery moving. I also served as a sounding board, helping investigate ideas and work through strategy, functionality, and trade-offs together. After launch, we continued improving both the tools and how the team worked.

Customer-facing solutions for furniture retailers

I was the go-to contact for furniture retailers using our website solutions, combining account management with project delivery. I helped retailers consider their digital presence as a whole: presenting their products clearly, attracting customers through marketing and search, supporting online purchases, and building trust through an understanding of their industry and customers. I worked hands-on with our engineering team to deliver solutions that fit their goals and budgets. From initial ideas through implementation and ongoing improvement, I stayed involved to measure performance and help their digital presence keep pace with changing markets.

How I work

Every team is different, and so are their needs. We adapt to what’s happening through honest dialogue and a clear runway. That means making space for people to use their talents, supporting the practical needs of delivery, and helping teammates build confidence and grow.

Recommendation

“Clint is the type of person you realize is the glue holding the team together. The kind of teammate where you don’t fully appreciate how much he’s doing until you’re somewhere without him and everything is harder than it needs to be. I’d jump at the chance to work with him again.”

About

A clear plan doesn’t always mean a confident team.

Missing context, unresolved decisions, and conversations that need room to happen are all part of the work I take on. Sometimes the gap is easy to name. Other times, people sense something isn’t right but can’t explain why, or don’t feel comfortable raising it. I make space to work through both, connecting the practical details with what people need to move forward confidently.

That support is hands-on, bringing together the people shaping the work, building it, and relying on its success. I help develop ideas, challenge assumptions, and look for the angles we haven’t considered while there’s still time to act on them. I’m comfortable saying “I don’t know” and finding the people who can help us get there. Through it all, I help keep us focused on delivering what we’ve committed to, with the clarity, support, and space to do work we’re proud of.

I’m a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM, Scrum Alliance, 2021), based in Hickory, North Carolina. My background spans manufacturing software and digital solutions for retailers, including e-commerce, web accessibility and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), search engine optimization (SEO), and analytics. I also work hands-on with system integrations, defining requirements, configuring and managing connections, and coordinating implementation through to the people using them.

Tools I work with include Jira, Wrike, ClickUp, Confluence, and Figma.

Baking has stayed with me since my days running a cafe, though these days it’s something I enjoy at home. Away from the kitchen, I’m happy spending time with my cats or getting away to the beach when I can.

Let’s talk.
